We have a new Club Welfare Officer, what qualifications do they need for the role?

There are four mandatory requirements for a Club Welfare Officer:

1) To have an Accepted FA DBS.

2) Completion of the Welfare Officer Workshop.

3) Completion of the Safeguarding Children Workshop.

4) Completion of the Online Safeguarding for Committee Members course.

Once an individual has all 4 mandatory requirements they can be added to the welfare officer role on the club portal.
