Appeal against a County FA Decision

Created by Tatiana Musialska, Modified on Fri, 6 Mar at 9:50 AM by Tatiana Musialska

In order to Appeal a decision against a County FA decision, you must email JudicialServices@TheFA.com citing the Case ID.

This must be done within 7 days of the decision letter being published on your Club Portal.

It would also assist Judicial Services if the result letter (available to download from Club Portal) was attached to the email.

If you are appealing outside of this timeframe, you will need to submit an Out of Time Application. Judicial Services will advise on the process for this.

During an Appeal a suspension is still considered active. In order for a suspension to be lifted whilst an appeal is ongoing, a “Application to Stay” must be submitted and approved by the Judicial Chair.

This will only be considered when the Notice of Intention and Notice of Appeal, along with necessary payment has been paid.

Judicial Services will be able to advise on the process for each of these matters.

To aid the process, when first emailing Judicial Services, please also include our Discipline Partners on Appeals@SportIntegrityMatters.co.uk
