All grassroots teams must have Personal Accident Insurance which can be purchased from the Devon County FA by clubs via the Club Portal during the affiliation process or a club can purchase their own independent personal accident insurance ensuring they meet or exceed the criteria of the cover provided by the County FA.
The cost of Personal Accident Insurance per team for each category of teams can be found below: (updated seasonally). Please bear in mind some adult leagues may require teams to purchase a minimum insurance option within their league rules therefore we recommended to check with your league if this is the case.

Reminder: If your team plays in an affiliated Devon County FA league they will not be covered under Friendly team personal accident insurance. To avoid the team affiliation being rejected please ensure you choose one of the relevant optionswhen going through this process.
If you wish to make a claim you will need to contact our Insurance partner Sportguard directly on 01604 644277 and they will guide you through this process.
Please note if a club has purchased Personal Accident Insurance through the County FA this will be valid from the moment of purchase to 30th June (season end date).
