My email exists on more than one account

This article is for users who faced the message "This email exists on more than one account."  Usually, this is the result of a duplicated FAN record for yourself.  We will need to merge the FAN records so all your information is only held under one FAN.


In this situation, please raise a ticket through our support portal using the following link Submit a ticket : Devon County FA 


You will need to include the following details

  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • Email address
  • FAN number of the account you believe is correct, plus any additional FAN if you have this available
  • Postcode
  • Mobile number


Please note, once the FAN merge has started, the process can take up to 48 hours to complete.  During this time, you will be unable to access either records.
