I have paid an invoice by bank transfer but the club portal says this is still outstanding?

Bank transfers have to be manually receipted by our Finance Officer which are done on a daily basis. Please note when payment is made we do not receive this till the following day, if payment is made on a Friday this will not be allocated till the Monday . Payments via BACS are not automatically updated in the portal therefore the best options if available is to make payments through the system as this is available 24/7 and automatically updated.
